Great leaders know their minds because they invest in them
That’s what founder coaching is: an investment in your thinking capacity and capability.
Founder coaching with Aata empowers you to make better, more measured decisions about increasingly complex challenges – of which there are many when you’re running a high-growth impact business.
Founder coaching makes you more self-aware as a founder CEO. A consequence of that increased self-awareness is that your behaviour automatically changes, unleashing your leadership potential, and empowering you to take your seat as an influential CEO.
Entering into the world of coaching can be a daunting experience, especially when you don’t know what it is, what it’s for, and if it’s something you need.
To help you decide, here’s an overview of Aata’s signature services.
-
Leadership Check-in
A six-week standalone programme, supporting you to become the founder CEO you want to be. Ideal if you are new to coaching, know you need to evolve your role but don’t know where to start.
-
One to One Coaching
For founder CEOs at a critical point of transition in their entrepreneurial journey. One-to-one coaching is ideal for founders navigating a complex situation or adapting to a growing team and business.
-
Group Coaching
The founder CEO role can be isolating. This structured, facilitated programme brings together a group of peers and provides a confidential space to work on your business and your leadership with fellow founders.
Not sure what you need yet?
It starts with a chemistry call.
Founder coaching is an investment and choosing a coach that’s right for you is a very personal decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
Your chemistry call is a free 40-minute one-to-one conversation, no strings attached. It’s an informal conversation to get to know each other a little better and decide whether we might be able to work together before signing on any dotted line.
Your chemistry call is your opportunity to be open and honest about your leadership challenges, current struggles, and your hopes for founder coaching while learning about the coaching process, and a bit about my background as a female founder.
I actively encourage you to use the time to:
Explore what you want to work on
Think about your goals for our relationship
Be curious and ask questions (please don’t be shy!)
Assess whether you feel at ease talking with me if you think you could trust me, and believe I could be of help to you.
Last but not least, take as much time as you need to decide if coaching is for you.
Book a complimentary chemistry call with Aata to discover whether founder coaching is right for you.
